La conférence est présentée en anglais par Arlene Graham. Arlene Graham is the Founder and CEO of Caribbean Returning Nationals Foundation and Returning Diaspora Concierge Center (Diaspora Concierge). Her work supports economic development in the Caribbean to reversethe effects of the brain drainby connecting resources and technical skills from the Diaspora back into the region. It also provides a trusted Gateway to assist Returning Citizens, the Next Generation, Investors and Expats, who after living abroad for an extended period of time, needs help to be integrated into their home or adopted Caribbean country. Ms. Graham has worked with the White House, Fortune 500 firms, and governments worldwide. She is the Recipient of an “Outstanding Awards” from the World Bank, an “Outstanding Performance” Award from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as the Eastern Mediterranean Security Conference in Washington, DC. Arlene attended City University of New York George Washington University and Parsons School of Design where she studied Business, Event/Project Management, and Interior Design. She is an international speaker who was invited to speak at Harvard University on Gender Inclusion in International Development. Arlene also lectures on the importance of working with the Diaspora and teaches young girls problem-solving skills to confront and eliminate challenges in their immediate communities.
